Erin practised as a litigation lawyer at one of New Zealand’s leading firms, and at an international firm in Singapore, before moving into recruitment. Over the past decade, she has recruited lawyers and senior professionals across legal, accounting, finance, sales, marketing, and tech - building an extensive network across New Zealand’s professional services and commercial landscape.

Erin’s legal background gives her a sharp eye for detail and a genuine understanding of career paths in professional services. That breadth of experience means she can identify the leadership talent that will elevate your team - candidates who bring capability, commercial acumen, and cultural fit.

Erin was born in Dunedin and completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at Otago University. She relocated to Auckland in 2008 before moving to Singapore for four years. Since 2015, she has lived in Auckland with her husband James. They have two young children, Willa and Nico (and two dogs).
